Congratulations to Micke and Agneta Svedberg Sky’s new champion title, Swedish Blood Tracking champion – SeVCH! What a dreamteam you are, well done!
The Swedish Club championship was arranged on the island of Öland, it was a sunny and windy event. The wild birds are challenging even in good conditions, but a bit extra difficult to handle in the strong wind (17ms). Snaiper’s Sky knew how to point her birds, two finds of partridge coveys and a pheasant gave her well deserved title Field champion and the Shooters choice the second year in a row. Snaiper’s Hannibal succeeded with all disciplines and was rewarded with the total win of Club champion title and also the best dog in the retrieving test. Huge congratulations to the owners/handlers! We are proud and happy breeders today, so thankful to you all for your good work with your dogs.
Our french import Teddy (Tjiehtele des Grandes Maurieres) has shown great potential, she has been rewarded with 1st prize in youth class in field trials all our four entries. She has shown remarkable skills handling her birds.
The Swedish Weimaraner Club organized the first utility test including forest-, water- and fieldwork on September 17-18. 4 teams came to the start for two intense and challenging days of hunting. Two dogs, Ray and Evert succeeded with each 1st prize, it is the first time that a Weimaraner has won 1st prize at a utility test in Sweden. We are extremely happy and proud of our dogs, who can cope with all the challenges that hunting offers!
Grouse hunt in the mountains was as amazing as every year, this was Teddy’s first grouse experience. She learned to handle the wild birds already the first day and allowed us to shoot doublé over her. She searched tirelessly and brought us many fine chances to shoot during the whole week, she certainly earned her name – Tjiehtele (the name of the mountain) with honors! Ray and Thelma did their magic as the routined bird dogs they are. Great times with good friends!
Congratulations to Lisa Asmervik and Fredrik Sunde to Snaiper’s Hope 1st prize in blood tracking! She also now meets the Norway’s Weimaraner Club requirements for breeding. Congratulations and best of luck with your new plans and adventures in the future!
Huge congratulations to Daniel Månsson with Snaiper’s Seger (Leo), to “Skånemästare” title (best performance at SWeiK retrieving test in the south of Sweden) and high score 10/10 today! Congratulation also to Anna Vikström with Snaiper’s Skall to 10/7 at the same test! Well done!
The Swedish Weimaraner Club held its annual club championship in blood tracking at Gammelkroppa forest today. It was a tight match with many 1st prize holders, in the end Snaiper’s Seger (Leo) with handler Daniel took the club champion title. They overcame an extra obstacle having a baby roe deer next to the track, very difficult distraction, but the guys kept their cool and focus. Huge congratulations, well done!
Huge congratulations to Lisa and Fredrik with Snaiper’s Hope! She took the Club champion title in blood tracking in Norway this weekend!
